Which exercises are safe to do if I am pregnant?

Is it safe to exercise during pregnancy? Can anyone recommend some light and easy exercises to perform? I don't care so much about losing weight, but I would like to stay active.


  • It is safe to perform moderate intensity exercises during pregnancy. You could walk, go swimming, perform yoga or even do light aerobic exercises under the guidance of an expert. You could also do indoor stationary cycling. Not exercising at all during pregnancy is not recommended.
