I love to snack when I am watching shows. What are some good healthy snacks that I can binge on without any guilt?
Some snacks which you can consume guilt free are bhuna chana, sprouts chaat, vegetable poha etc. Low calorie snacks include oats tikki, murmure bhel, jhal muri, bread poha, upma, rava idli. These are also easy to prepare.
Fruits also serve as a good snack. A vegetable sandwich too is easy to prepare.
