    a healthy weight is a way women can help manage PCOS. 

    Healthy Diet :

    A well balanced diet, comprising of all nutrients in good proportions, with calculated calories according to your height weight and lifestyle.

    Exercise :

    Physical activity, 5-6 days/ week 

    Aerobic activities like jogging, are highly beneficial.

    Loss of 10% of body weight can help make a woman's cycle more regular.
