Easy to make vegetarian evening soups

Hello everybody!

This week we're bringing you two simple to make soups recipes. They're tasty, and healthy !

Super Easy Broccoli and Mushroom Soup


Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup broccoli cut into little pieces.
  2. 1 cup sliced white button mushrooms.
  3. 1 cup chopped onions.
  4. 4-5 chopped garlic cloves.
  5. 1½ teaspoon olive oil.
  6. Salt to taste.
  7. 3-4 cups of water.
  8. Pepper

Method:

  1. Add olive oil to your wok and toss in your garlic and onions.
  2. Give it a quick stir keeping it on high flame until it turns little bit translucent.
  3. Add your broccoli, give it a stir, cover your wok and keep it on low-medium flame for about a minute or two!
  4. Uncover, add all your mushrooms, stir it nicely, add salt, stir again and cover it for about a minute or two again but on a medium-high flame this time.
  5. Uncover, stir it nicely on a high flame for one minute then add 3-4 cups of water.
  6. Cover and let simmer it for 10-15minutes.
  7. You are done! Now sprinkle some black pepper and serve it while it’s still hot and enjoy! ????

Low Carb Cabbage Soup Recipe For Weight Loss

Ingredients

  1. 2 handful of chopped cabbage
  2. 2 tablesspoon diced inion
  3. 1 small carrot, diced
  4. 1 green bell pepper diced
  5. 2-3 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
  6. 2 big handful of chopped spinach
  7. ½ teaspoon of red pepepr flakes
  8. black pepper
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 4-5 cups water
  11. soup mix 1 tablespoon
  12. soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce as per taste

carrot cabbage soup

 Instructions

  1. pour 4-5 cups water in a big pan
  2. add cabbage, garlic, onions, bell pappers spinach and carrots.
  3. stir in soup cube or mix.
  4. bring to a boil and then reduce heat
  5. cover and cook untill all vegetables are tender
  6. stir in red pepper flakes, black pepper and salt
  7. it's wise to add salts in the serving bowl as vegetables all have natural salts.
  8. taste broth and adjust seasoning if needed
  9. finally add soy sauce, chilly sauce and vinegar with a table spoon full of olive oil
  10. Cover and let simmer it for 10-15minutes.
  11. And soup is ready! add a bit of pepper if you want and have it while hot.
